How much more can you take, friends? W lies about the WMD, lies about 9/11 and Iraq--it really does get boring and time-consuming to list them all--and now he's staging conversations with the troops, having them rehearse their remarks before coming on for whatever purpose the C-in-C's handlers had in their desperate minds. Miers is not enough? An economy that is showing signs of deterioration beyond our wildest nightmares, stagnant wages, a Social Security COLA that has already been eaten up by increased costs for Medicare Part B for those in retirement, the housing market, which has carried W's little economic growth, showing signs of drastic slowdown---how much can you take before admitting that this isn't working and won't work?
Loyalty is an admirable trait. But loyalty taken to the point you have taken it with this incurious nonentity has reached the point of stupidity. What has he done to deserve your loyalty? What are the "values" that he supposedly won the last election on? Who are you that can still support this insult to our history? Joe, are you really so blind as to continue to find irrational reasons to support this disaster?
It makes me wonder where we're going to end up. Wew are taking a downhill path to ignominy.
